The Odessa Lions Club added a new sign to the downtown stage in honor of Dale Ramm, a longtime member who died in 2021.
ODESSA - A stage at Odessa's community park now bears the name of longtime volunteer Dale Ramm, honoring his decades of service to the town and his key role in building the structure before his death in 2021.
Ramm, who died on August 3, 2021, at the age of 65 following a battle with brain cancer, was a lifelong Odessa resident and a dedicated member of the Odessa Lions Club. The stage project was one of the last major community efforts he helped lead.
