Sealed bids will be received until 10:00:00 a.m. local time, Thursday, May 29, 2025 at the Odessa Town Hall, 21 E 1st Ave, Odessa, WA 99159. No proposals will be accepted after the above-stated time. Immediately following the above stated time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
