DAVENPORT - A Davenport man was arrested June 23 on a warrant for allegedly violating a court-ordered furlough and appeared in Lincoln County Superior Court on June 24.
Seldon Schmoyer, 32, was appointed public defender David Hearrean and appeared before Judge Adam Walser, with prosecutor Ty Albertson present. Schmoyer, found indigent, is scheduled for a show-cause hearing Tuesday, July 1, to address the alleged violation of a 120-day jail furlough tied to a prior court order.
