Wheat hauling is now on in full blast at stations along the Milwaukee railway, where as high as 2500 sacks a day are received at a warehouse. 15 bushels is the average for the Odessa area.

The Nee bridge across the Spokane river at Lincoln has been declared unsafe by J. L. Thayer, county engineer. The bridge must be abandoned or replaced immediately.
