DAVENPORT - A Fruitland man is facing three Class C felony charges including first-degree vehicle prowling, second-degree malicious mischief and second-degree theft in Lincoln County Superior Court following his arrest Tuesday, July 29.
Andrew Lee Martin, 45, of Fruitland, appeared before Lincoln County Superior Court Judge Adam Walser for his arraignment on Tuesday, August 5, during which Walser appointed Dave Hearrean as his public defender.
Each charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.
