Commissioners say no to state agency
DAVENPORT - A proposed state land acquisition in Lincoln County is raising economic concerns among local leaders who say the loss of taxable property could outweigh the public benefits.

The property, located near other conservation areas, would be used for species habitat and public recreation, including horseback riding.
