During summer, it isn't a surprise to see higher gas prices. But Washington drivers face a burden not experienced in other states.
That burden is the added cost to fuel created by the Climate Commitment Act, a law passed by the majority party in the Legislature in 2021. (I voted with other Republicans against that bill.)
