Howard Gene Kelly was born Nov.3, 1930 in La Verne, CA to Arch Kelly and Gladys Parks. He entered eternal life at home in Spokane, Wash. on July 30, 2025 with family by his side. In 1946, Howard moved to Reardan with his family where he enrolled at Reardan High School and graduated in 1951. He joined the US Army and served in Alaska during the Korean War from 1951-53.
