Man arraigned on identity theft charges

Poulsbo man faces 13 counts of identity theft

DAVENPORT - A Poulsbo man accused of multiple counts of identity theft and forgery appeared in Lincoln County Superior Court on Tuesday, Sept. 9.

David Samuel Lord, 50, was arraigned on 12 counts of identity theft in the second degree and one count of second-degree theft. He pled not guilty.

Defense attorney Dave Hearrean, who previously represented Lord, was appointed again.

"Mr. Lord actually turned himself in a few days ago," Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Bruce Cox said in court.

Cox requested that bail be reduced from $50,000 to $1,000, citing Lord's cooperation.
