AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THE VACATION OF ALLEY RIGHT OF WAY, CITY OF DAVENPORT, LINCOLN COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION
This ordinance vacates the alley adjacent to lots 1-10 of Block 10, Essig’s Addition, to the City of Davenport, Lincoln County, WA.
This alley is located from the easternmost border of 13th Street, Easterly approximately 250 ft to 12th Street between Logan and Sinclair Street.
