NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED BUDGET OF PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1

LINCOLN COUNTY,

WASHINGTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Chapter 1, Laws of 1931 of the State of Washington and as amended, a proposed budget for Public Utility District No. 1 of Lincoln County for the ensuing year has been prepared by the Commission of said District and filed in the records of the Commission; that said Commission will hold a public hearing on October 6, 2025, (the first Monday in October) at the hour of eleven o’clock A.M., in the courtroom of the Courthouse, Davenport, Lincoln County, Washington, at which time, any taxpayer may appear and be heard against the whole or any part of the proposed budget. No levy will be made by the Public Utility District Commissioner for the year 2026 as there is sufficient cash on hand to meet all expenditures provided for in said budget as finally determined.
