Clifford passed away peacefully with family by his side on Friday morning, Oct. 3, 2025. Cliff was receiving excellent care at Brookdale Senior Living in Moses Lake, WA, and held onto his faith in his final days.

He was born in Norman, OK, on Oct.21, 1936, to Clifford Mooney Sr. and Buenta Hendricks. In the summer of 1937, Cliff moved with his parents to California. They later relocated to Oregon in the fall of 1943, before returning to California in 1944.
