The priority is to address the concerns of the City of Harrington. The most important being the infrastructure. I would work with the Mayor and the city council on priorities to develop a long term action plan. From that, funding sources would be identified. That would support growth and retention of local businesses and improve the quality of life for residents. The Electric Hotel project that we are personally involved in, has started to achieve this in Harrington, from business development to main street improvement.
