Poulsbo man faces identity theft charges

DAVENPORT — A Poulsbo man appeared in Lincoln County Superior Court on Oct. 14, charged with 13 counts of second-degree identity theft.

David Samuel Lord, 47, appeared before Judge Dan B. Johnson, represented by public defender David Hearrean,

Lord, not in custody, posted a $1,000 bond on a $10,000 bond amount, secured by Affordable Bail Bonds.

A readiness hearing was set for Nov. 4, with a trial scheduled for Dec. 3. A speedy trial waiver was granted until Jan. 3, 2026,

Each charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison or a $10,000 fine, according to court documents.
