DAVENPORT — A Davenport man’s assault case will be delayed as he pursues a residential DOSA program.
Christopher Matthew Kilian, 48, of Davenport, appeared for a readiness hearing in Lincoln County Superior Court Tuesday, Oct. 21.
His trial, originally set for Nov. 19, was continued to allow for a residential DOSA program, his public defender, Dave Hearrean, said. A new readiness hearing is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 25, with trial set for Dec. 17. Kilian waived his right to a speedy trial.
“We don't expect it to go to trial, judge,” Hearrean said.
