Three-vehicle crash sends one by airlift
DAVENPORT — Six people, including three children, were injured Sunday afternoon in a three-vehicle collision on State Route 2 about two miles east of Davenport, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Troopers said the crash occurred around 4:04 p.m. when an eastbound 2016 Land Rover driven by Melissa E. Johnson, 41, of Spokane, failed to stop and struck the rear of a 2024 Toyota 4Runner that was stopped in the eastbound lane, waiting to make a left turn.
