DAVENPORT - The Davenport Gorillas swept the Chewelah Cougars in a varsity volleyball match Saturday, Oct. 18, in front of a spirited homecoming crowd.
The Gorillas controlled all three sets, winning 25-9, 25-13, and 25-19, and capped the night by celebrating junior Tatum Hupp's milestone of 1,000 career digs.
Davenport set the tone early, scoring the first point in each set and maintaining relentless pressure.
