Odessa man faces minor exploitation charges

DAVENPORT – A local man is facing two felony charges following an investigation into alleged sexual exploitation and possession of explicit material involving a minor.

James Boss, 57, is scheduled for arraignment at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29, in Lincoln County Superior Court. He faces one count of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first degree. Bail was set at $250,000, surety or cash.
