Gorillas, Eagles chase state berths in Colfax
COLFAX — Runners from Davenport and Reardan will compete Friday at the District 6 Regional Cross Country Championships, a WIAA state qualifier at the Colfax Golf Course.
The meet is Oct. 31. All varsity athletes from area 1B and 2B schools are entered.
Top performers advance to the state championships Nov. 8 at Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco.
In 2B boys, the top four teams and top 28 individuals qualify. The 1B/2B girls division sends the top five teams and top 35 individuals. Allocations for 1B boys were not immediately available.
