Hogan leads in Reardan council

REARDAN — As of Tuesday, Nov. 4, early General Election results show Pat Hogan leading Bill Kemp in the race for Reardan Town Council Position No. 2, while incumbents in other council seats appear poised for re-election.

Hogan received 103 votes (60.95%), compared to Kemp’s 66 votes (39.05%). Kemp could not be reached for comment.

“I’m really not sure how I feel,” Hogan said Tuesday. “When someone first approached me about being on the council, I thought it was an open seat and that nobody was running. I initially said no, but my wife told me I had some useful skills for the position. Bill Kem...
