TAKE NOTICE:
That the Marlin Hutterian Brethren Trust (MHB) of Marlin, WA on October 9, 2024, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-01384C, to transfer the place of use and point of withdrawal as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01384C.
That Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01384C authorizes the withdrawal of 1068 gallons per minute, 1280 acre-feet per year, each year, for the seasonal irrigation of 320 acres.
