Lincoln County faces windy Christmas

DAVENPORT - Five main county roads, Harker Canyon Road, Mill Canyon Road, Welsh Creek Road, Miles Creston Road and Baldridge Road, were temporarily blocked as strong winds swept through Lincoln County Tuesday and Wednesday, prompting crews to pull workers out of canyon areas during the worst conditions.
