SPOKANE VALLEY - A freshman standout claimed an individual title and four others earned podium finishes as Davenport finished sixth in the team standings at the Inland Empire Classic on Saturday.
Davenport/Liberty Launch Academy scored 135.5 team points. Central Valley won the tournament with 233.5 points, followed by Ridgeline (218.5) and Deer Park (215).
Freshman Samson Kjar went undefeated at 165 pounds, capping his run with a 9-7 decision over Deer Park's Eoin Bogle in the final.
