DAVENPORT — Lincoln County will close government offices, including the courthouse, on Monday, Jan. 19, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Federal, state and local offices, banks, public schools, and the U.S. Postal Service will be closed. UPS will not operate, while FedEx will offer limited services.
Stock markets, including the NYSE and Nasdaq, will also be closed.
Most grocery stores, major retailers, restaurants, and pharmacies will remain open.
In addition, the Record-Times will maintain its regular business hours....
