DAVENPORT - In a show of statewide solidarity, players, coaches and fans from two 2B schools donned purple shirts Saturday night to support Colfax boys basketball coach Reece Jenkin, who was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
The Northwest Christian Crusaders pulled away for an 81-46 victory over the host Davenport Gorillas in a nonleague game Jan. 10 at Davenport.
