Girls battle in Dual in the Den

COLBERT - The Davenport/Liberty Launch Academy Gorilla boys wrestling team showed steady improvement at the Crusader Classic on Saturday at Northwest Christian, placing seventh with 82 points in a 17-team field. Kettle Falls won the tournament with 222 points, followed by Mt. Spokane (169.5) and host Northwest Christian (163).
Assistant Coach John Harden praised the squad's progress.
"The boys that were showing progression in the room, and that in turn shows the change on the mats," Harden said. "Everyone's getting better, and some of our kids had some of their best matches of their wrestling...
