300 plus men and women from around the county attended the 3rd annual Farmer’s Conference in Spokane. Sixteen counties from Eastern Washington were represented as well as attendees from Idaho, Oregon and Montana.

Lincoln County engineer J. L. Thayer reported that our share of state permanent highway for 1926 will be $42, 833. This money will be used for constructing and maintaining roads in the county.
