Two locals honored at university
DAVENPORT — Two Davenport students earned spots on the dean’s list at Eastern Oregon University for outstanding academic achievement.
Thomas Furman, a student in the School of Teacher and Health Sciences majoring in Health and Human Performance, and Jensyn Jacobsen, also in the School of Teacher and Health Sciences majoring in Biology, received the recognition.
The dean’s list honors students who achieve high grades during the academic term.
Olivia Harnack is the award-winning managing editor/photographer/videographer/columnist at the Lincoln County Record-Times, with offices in both Davenport and Odessa, Wash. She is a University of Idaho graduate and a U.S. Army National Guardsman.
