New June trial in child assault allegation

DAVENPORT — A Lincoln County judge on Tuesday delayed a felony assault case alleging an assault during a custody exchange last summer.

The defendant Kevin Raymond Duclos, accused of one count of second-degree assault with a domestic violence designation, appeared for a readiness hearing.

According to court documents, the case stems from an Aug. 17, 2025, incident on State Route 174.
