PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 17th day of February, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., in the office of the Board of County Commissioners, Davenport, Washington, has been fixed as the time and place for hearing upon the report of the County Road Engineer appointed in the matter of the vacation of the alignment of the Washington St., Lincoln St., & the north alley between; the termini, and general course, as recommended in such report being as follows:
That portion of Section 36, Township 22 North, Range 34 E.,W.M. described as follows:
Washington St., a strip of land sixty feet in width, Original Town of Lamona, according to the plat thereof, recorded June 1, 1903, in Book “A” of Plats, page 148, records of Lincoln County, Washington;
Said strip of land being 120 feet more or less.
Lincoln St., a strip of land sixty feet in width, Original Town of Lamona, according to the plat thereof, recorded June 1, 1903, in Book “A” of Plats, page 148, records of Lincoln County, Washington;
Said strip of land being 120 feet more or less.
Alley, a strip of land sixteen feet in width beginning at Lot 1, Block 2, and thence to the east end of the Original Town of Lamona according to the plat thereof, recorded June 1, 1903, in Book “A” of Plats, page 148, records of Lincoln County, Washington;
Said strip of land being 520 feet more or less.
That portion of Block 1, Town of Lamona, as per plat thereof recorded in Book “A” of Plats, Page 148, records of Lincoln County, Washington deeded to the State of Washington, dated October 11, 1945, recorded December 10, 1945, in Book 93 of Deeds, Pages 47-48, under Auditor’s File No. 249236 and described as follows:
All those portions of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Block 1, Town of Lamona, Lincoln County, Washington, lying and being Southeasterly of a line drawn parallel with and 50 feet distance Northwesterly, when measured radially and at right angles, from the center line of said highway.
Said strip of land being 300 feet more or less.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons interested may appear and be heard at such hearing upon the report and recommendation of the County Road Engineer either to proceed or not to proceed with such establishment of such County Roads.
