NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Odessa in the Library, 21 E 1st Ave., Odessa, WA 99159, on February 23, 2026, at 7pm.
Odessa Town Council has been presented with a petition to vacate a portion of the alley located in Block 5 between E 5th Ave. and E 6th Ave. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss a partial closure of the alleyway located in Block 5 between E 5th Ave and E 6th Ave. and determine if vacation is necessary.
