PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Odessa in the Library, 21 E 1st Ave., Odessa, WA 99159, on February 23, 2026, at 7pm.
Odessa Town Council has been presented with a petition to vacate a portion of the alley located in Block 5 between E 5th Ave. and E 6th Ave. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss a partial closure of the alleyway located in Block 5 between E 5th Ave and E 6th Ave. and determine if vacation is necessary.
Comments may also be submitted in writing to the City Clerk’s Office, until February 23, 2026, 12:00 pm. The Council Chamber is handicap accessible. Arrangements to accommodate special needs, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice.
