TAKE NOTICE:

That Marlin HB Trust of Marlin, WA has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change the point of withdrawal, and to change a portion of the place and purpose of use as granted under Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01199(A).

That Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01199(A) authorizes the withdrawal of 1719 gallons per minute, 893.88 acre-feet per year, from February 1 to November 30, each...
