Reardan girls runners-up at state

SPOKANE - Reardan stood one win away from a long-awaited state championship, but the breakthrough proved elusive.

Playing on the state's biggest stage for the first time since 2013, the Screaming Eagles saw their title hopes end in a hard-fought 49–43 loss to Cle Elum-Roslyn on Saturday, March 7 in the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena.

The Screaming Eagles showed no sign of stage fright in the championship game.
