ODESSA — The town is exploring replacement of 2,200 linear feet of aging 8-inch water main at an estimated cost of $800,000.
Mayor William F. Crossley said the project was first studied in 2016 and the Department of Health has offered two potential financing options, including a low-interest loan with possible forgiveness.
“We’ve been trying to get a grant for this for a long time,” Crossley said. “Even though it’s an AC line, you know, it doesn’t seem like it should be that difficult.”...
