Bail reduced in burglary

GRAND COULEE — A local man had his bail reduced from $25,000 to $5,000 Tuesday in Lincoln County Superior Court.

Leonard Edwin Ethrington IV appeared in restraints for a motion to amend his release conditions on a second-degree burglary charge, according to court records.

Lincoln County Prosecuting Attorney Ty Albertson addressed the court on the request to lower the bail set earlier this month.

Judge Adam Walser approved the reduction to $5,000 while leaving the previously scheduled May 13 trial date and April 14 readiness hearing unchanged, according to court records.
