Gorilla girls take third at Ray Cross Invitational

EPHRATA – The Davenport Gorilla girls track team took third place against much larger schools Saturday, March 28, at the 50th annual Ray Cross Invitational.

Prosser won the girls division with 110.5 points, followed by Brewster with 78.

The Davenport girls racked up 59 points, topping Connell with 51, Toppenish with 49.5, Ephrata 48 and others in the 22-team field.

In the boys division, Davenport finished 10th as a team with 27 points. Ephrata won the boys team tile with 121 points, followed by Prosser in second with 66.5 and Toppenish third with 65.
