REARDAN — The Inland Northwest Rail Museum earned second place in the Best Museum category in Inlander magazine’s recent “Best of the Inland Northwest” readers’ poll.
The honor places the Reardan museum behind the Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture, which finished first, and ahead of Mobius, which placed third. The museum, located at the junction of highways 2 and 231, competed against numerous Spokane-based galleries and specialty museums.
Because the awards are determined by popular vote, museum officials credited community members and railroad enthusiasts for mobilizing support.
