County to hire new deputy prosecuting attorney

DAVENPORT — Lincoln County commissioners are restructuring job titles and pay scales in the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office while launching a search for a replacement attorney to handle the caseload in both superior and district courts.

Prosecuting Attorney Ty Albertson outlined the changes Monday, April 6, during the Lincoln County Commissioners meeting after chief deputy Bruce Cox submitted his resignation.

Cox’s last day will be May 31.
