COMPLETE STREETS
SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION
This ordinance is setting forth Complete Streets for the purpose of ensuring town streets are planned, designed, built, operated, and maintained to provide safe access for all users, including pedestrians, bicyclists, transit riders, motorists, emergency vehicles, and freight, regardless of age or ability.
