DAVENPORT — A woman called the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office after finding a man inside her jailed son’s camper on rented property.
Robin Marguette Gipson reported April 21 that Robert Leonard Watkins was in the 1979 trailer belonging to her son, Joseph Michael Erwin, who is incarcerated in Spokane County Jail, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office records show. The camper sits on property rented by John William Orndorff from an individual identified only as “Terry.”
