Gorillas fall in doubleheader

DAVENPORT — The Kettle Falls Bulldogs rolled to a commanding doubleheader sweep over the Davenport Gorillas girls softball team Saturday at Jahn Field, winning the first game 26-4 and the second 15-2.

Kettle Falls outscored Davenport 41-6 for the day while defeating the Gorillas for the third time this season. The Bulldogs used strong pitching and a potent offense to take control early in both contests, putting the games away well before the final outs.
