Sealed bids must be submitted by 4:00pm on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the Town of Odessa PO Box 218, 21 E First Ave. Odessa WA 99159. Opening of bids will be at 12:30pm on Friday at the Town of Odessa Library. Winning bidder will be contacted.
