SPOKANE – A Davenport man is being blamed for a crash Tuesday, May 12, that injured a Spokane man and blocked traffic on Interstate 90.
James D. Flowers, 41, of Davenport, was cited for the incident.
According to the Washington State Patrol, Flowers was driving a 2022 Ram 1500 on the Browne Street on-ramp at about 4:30 p.m. As he merged onto the interstate, he struck a second vehicle driven by Darrin L. Jackson, 41, of Spokane.
Jackson’s 2025 Chevrolet then struck a 2011 Honda driven by Cordero B. Aaron, 36, of Medical Lake, the patrol said.
