Levine sentenced to two months in jail

WILBUR — A Spokane woman was sentenced to two months in jail Tuesday, May 12, after pleading guilty to possession of astolen vehicle.

Sarah Levine, 42, of Spokane, appeared in restraints before Lincoln County Superior Court Judge Adam Walser for the change-of-plea hearing in Davenport.

“I am going to do the deal, but I’m close to not doing it,” Walser said, ordering Levine to undergo evaluation and treatment, pay $250 in restitution and revoked her right to possess firearms. Her right to vote is suspended during the period of community custody, according to court records.
