DAVENPORT - Lincoln County commissioners Monday, May 18, earmarked a $239,264 grant for electrical upgrades at the fairgrounds.
The funds will pay for a new service for the RV park and a dedicated food court area.
Fair Office Manager Dawn Canfield presented the contract and scope of work to commissioners. She said the project will replace outdated panels, add security lighting on buildings, install new 50-amp pedestals in the RV park and create dedicated circuits so food trucks can operate independently.
