Man threatens to burn home

DAVENPORT — A man allegedly threatened to burn down the house and broke his partner’s belongings during a domestic argument over their child, but deputies found no probable cause for a crime, according to Lincoln County sheriff’s office records.

Kylee Lynn Kieffer and Preston Wynne, who live together at 206 Maxwell St. and share a child, argued shortly before 3:24 p.m. May 14. Kieffer took the child and left the residence. Wynne remained behind, breaking her items and making the threat to burn the home, the records state.
