SPOKANE – Athletes from Davenport and Reardan competed in the NE2B District 6 Track and Field Championship at Whitworth University on May 21 and 23. The Freeman boys ran away with the team title with 140.5 points. Davenport placed eighth with 36 points and Reardan placed ninth with 32 points. Freeman also won the girls team title, scoring 120 points. Davenport placed third with 94 points and Reardan placed eighth with 45.5 points.
The individual top finishers will compete at the state meet in Yakima May 28-30.
