Miller named economic director

DAVENPORT - A Wilbur woman has been named as the new Lincoln County Economic Development Council director.

Shari Miller, 48, of Wilbur, brings more than a decade of hands-on hospitality experience, including work with Keller Ferry Marina and Seven Bays Marina. She also operated two bed-and-breakfasts on Lake Roosevelt with her husband, John Miller, a Keller ferry captain.

"Shari brings extensive hospitality, marina, Lake Roosevelt and small-business Airbnb experience," Council President Dale Swant said.
