Mini Bike races highlight season-opener

SPRAGUE - The Farmers Market season started off with the roar of engines on Sunday, June 14, with the town's first ever Sprague Classic Mini Bikes and Karts event.
Community, friends and family gathered downtown to enjoy food, drinks and various vendors.
Farmers Market organizer Jenny Morton expanded the number of vendors to 25.
Vendors included local homesteaders from Sprague and Lamont selling fresh eggs and produce, artisan handmade crafts, as well as vendors from Ritzville and neighboring towns.
Mini Bikes, however, took the spotlight at the season-opener.
