June 15

Traffic stops: 12

8:09 a.m. — Woman on Miles Creston Road East requested contact about concerns with her husband after deciding to file for divorce.

9:12 a.m. — Man requested a person be trespassed from his property.

9:48 a.m. — Man reported receiving what he believed were fraudulent Shell Credit Card letters and a $43 bill.

10:47 a.m. — Woman reported problems getting her ATV back after repairs in Stevens County.

12:21 p.m. — Woman reported threats from a neighbor toward her and her dog.

5:57 p.m. — Disabled vehicle was moved safely off the roadway.

6:58 p.m. — Civil dispute over an unwanted person parked partially on private property.

June 16

Traffic stops: 6

9:41 a.m. — Man in Harrington requested a hulk slip for a boat and trailer.

9:50 a.m. — Subject with an active misdemeanor warrant was arrested.

3:26 p.m. — Downed phone line partially blocked Krause Road.

4:07 p.m. — Man complained about trashy cars and motor homes parked at 2nd and Washington.

8:26 p.m. — Woman reported ongoing scam calls trying to get her Social Security number.

9:16 p.m. — Officers searched for a teenage girl reported sitting alone beside State Route 28 but were unable to locate her.

June 17

Traffic stops: 5

7:04 a.m. — Firearms were collected for safekeeping.

8:15 a.m. — Subject with an active warrant was arrested.

8:30 a.m. — Neighbors were reported yelling; no crime occurred.

12:20 p.m. — Man requested a damage report on his pickup for insurance purposes.

10:35 p.m. — Possible DUI involving a gray Ford Explorer was investigated.

June 18

7:18 a.m. — Woman struck a deer on State Route 2 and self-reported the collision.

12:16 p.m. — Woman was trespassed from a business in Wilbur at the owner’s request.

2:40 p.m. — Domestic verbal dispute was reported.

June 19

8:24 a.m. — Man reported not receiving a refund after a Facebook Marketplace transaction.

11:02 a.m. — Juvenile issue reported.

12:21 p.m. — 40-year-old man suffered heat-related illness at the fairgrounds and was treated on scene.

1:08 p.m. — Commercial burglary reported.

1:40 p.m. — Officers searched for a gray sedan possibly in distress but were unable to locate it.

2:55 p.m. — Child’s bike and clothing were found at Eden Harbor; no matching missing child reports.

2:55 p.m. — Chevy S10 pickup caught fire and was extinguished by firefighters.

June 20

Traffic stops: 5

10 a.m. — A downed line blocked a driveway in the area; it was determined to be a telephone line and CenturyLink was notified.

3:20 p.m. — Three juveniles broke into a vacant house near 5th Street in Davenport by throwing rocks through a window and kicking in the door.

6:29 p.m. — An alarm went off at the Washington Federal Bank in Odessa

9:26 p.m. — A man was reported on the Harrington Golf Course driving range possibly stealing range balls.

9:26 p.m. — A man reported being assaulted by a neighbor on his property.

June 21

6:15 a.m. — A man was found sleeping in his truck at the Exxon station in Davenport.

9:14 a.m. — People were reported fishing at Hawk Creek after walking around a road closed sign.

11:44 a.m. — A fist fight was reported at an alumni basketball game.

12:50 p.m. — A welfare check was requested on a woman in Almira.

6:59 p.m. — A possible DUI was investigated.

8:33 p.m. — A welfare check was requested on a woman in Almira whose husband had recently been released from jail.

10:03 p.m. — A Ford Focus was reported partially blocking the intersection of Logan and Eighth Street in Davenport.

10:59 p.m. — Two people were reported walking on private property with a flashlight while looking for a dog.

DAVENPORT -- The Lincoln County Jail reported the following individuals in custody from June 16-18:

June 16

Cortney Mae Currera, 35, of Carroll, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for first-degree escape.

April Michelle Rice, 45, of Davenport, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for contempt of court.

June 17

Louis A York, 49, of Sprague, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for harassment and temporary anti-harassment order violation.

June 18

Christopher Ty Sutton, 28, of Spokane, was arrested by Fairchild Air Force Base on a base detainer.

Gordon Ernest Williams, 56, of Inchelium, was arrested by the Bureau of Indian Affairs on a tribal warrant.

State v. Victoriano Larios Aguilar, speeding 19 mph over the limit and operating a motor vehicle without insurance; mitigated to fines of $201 and $290.

State v. Tsegaye K Gebeyesus, speeding 30 mph over the limit; mitigated to a fine of $273.

State v. Joanna Janda Jaros, speeding 5 mph over the limit; amended to failure to renew expired registration, fine of $145 imposed.

State v. Matthew Petrie, speeding 34 mph over the limit; amended to speeding 14 mph over the limit, fine of $119 imposed.

State v. Olaksandr Yerko, speeding 10 mph over the limit in a construction zone; amended to failure to renew expired registration under two months, fine of $150 imposed.
